Process
How RedBot Works
From setup to authentic Reddit engagement in four steps. No auto-posting. No spam. Just smarter outreach.
01
Configure Your Targets
Add your target subreddits, define your product context, and set your persona tone. RedBot needs to know your voice — casual, technical, friendly — so every draft sounds like you.
- Choose up to 10 subreddits
- Set keyword relevance weights
- Define your persona rules and tone
- Configure scan frequency (default: hourly)
02
Automated Scanning & Scoring
Every hour, RedBot fetches new posts from your target subreddits and runs them through a multi-factor scoring algorithm.
- Freshness score (30%) — prioritize recent posts
- Engagement sweet spot (25%) — 3-30 comments is ideal
- Topic relevance (25%) — keyword matching against your product
- Promo potential (20%) — natural fit for organic mention
03
AI-Powered Draft Generation
For top-scored posts, RedBot generates two types of comments: CHAT (genuine engagement, 80%) and SOFT_PROMO (organic product mention, 20%).
- Persona-aware writing — your tone, your rules
- Prompt injection protection for Reddit content
- Forced-promo detection — aborts if mention feels unnatural
- Each draft includes the Reddit post link for context
04
Review & Approve in Telegram
Drafts arrive in your Telegram with post context, scores, and one-tap Copy/Skip buttons. You decide what gets posted.
- Copy sends the draft text for easy paste into Reddit
- Skip removes the draft and moves on
- Full post link included — click to open in Reddit
- Track approval rate and optimize over time
